全自動(dòng)機(jī)器，兩個(gè)機(jī)械手安裝在同心旋轉(zhuǎn)裝置上、一個(gè)熔爐，為鑄件提供高質(zhì)量、高效率的生產(chǎn)。
1) 班次產(chǎn)能：平均700模/8小時(shí)；
2) 本機(jī)具有完整低壓壓鑄過(guò)程的自動(dòng)化操作，換模時(shí)間短且運(yùn)用靈活，非常適合于大批量的鑄件生產(chǎn)；
3) 特點(diǎn):
A. 2個(gè)機(jī)械手獨(dú)立操作，參數(shù)可獨(dú)立編輯，可以同時(shí)工作或者一個(gè)換模的同時(shí)另一個(gè)進(jìn)行正常生產(chǎn)；
B. 手動(dòng)放置砂芯；
C. 最大模具尺寸：600 x400x240 mm；
D. 快速換模；
E. 簡(jiǎn)單的電爐控制系統(tǒng)；
F. 石墨槽冷卻模具；

Fully automatic machine with two manipulators mounted on a rotary turning device and one furnace for the cost-effective production of high-quality casting products.
1) Capacity per shift (8 hours): approx. 760 castings
2）Fully automation of the low-pressure die-casting process, short mold change time and flexible application, which is very suitable for mass casting production;

A. 2 manipulators on a rotary device, operated independently. Operating Parameters can be edited independently. Two manipulators either work at the same time; or one set changes the die, or the other set is under maintenance.
